ASTM A485 Grade 52100 hot-rolled plate for demanding bearing applications, 450 mm wide, 5 mm thick, with ball-bearing steel chemistry per Chapter 72 note (h) including 1.05% carbon and 1.45% Cr. Classifies in HTS 7226.91.15.30 as hot-rolled tool steel flat product over 300 mm wide, not further worked. Used in wind turbine and railway bearings.
