Incoloy 825 high-nickel alloy (38-46% Ni) cold-rolled flat sheet <4.75 mm x ≥600 mm, without further surface treatments. Ideal for chemical processing and nuclear applications. Meets HTS 7225.50.80.10 criteria for high-nickel cold-rolled alloy steel.
Incoloy 800 Cold-Rolled Sheet
Flat-rolled Incoloy 800 alloy steel sheet, cold-rolled to a thickness under 4.75 mm and width over 600 mm, not further worked beyond cold reduction. This high-nickel alloy (typically 30-35% nickel) provides excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. Classified under HTS 7225.50.80.10 due to its high-nickel composition and cold-rolled state without additional surface treatments.
Hastelloy C-276 Cold-Rolled Sheet
Hastelloy C-276 high-nickel alloy steel (57% nickel min) supplied as cold-rolled flat sheet under 4.75 mm thick and over 600 mm wide, not further worked. Used in severe corrosive environments like flue gas desulfurization. HTS 7225.50.80.10 applies for its high-nickel alloy steel characteristics and cold-rolled processing only.
Monel 400 Cold-Rolled Alloy Sheet
Monel 400 nickel-copper alloy steel sheet (67% nickel), cold-rolled to thickness <4.75 mm, width >600 mm, no further working. Excellent seawater corrosion resistance for marine applications. Classifies in HTS 7225.50.80.10 as high-nickel alloy steel product.
Alloy 20 Cold-Reduced Strip
Carbide 20Cb-3 (Alloy 20) high-nickel stainless sheet, cold-reduced under 4.75 mm thick x ≥600 mm wide, not further worked. Used for sulfuric acid handling equipment. HTS 7225.50.80.10 due to high-nickel content despite stainless characteristics.
