Flat-rolled D2 tool steel sheet, hot-rolled, not further worked, 3 mm thick and 800 mm wide, used for making cutting tools and dies. Classified under HTS 7225.40.51 as flat-rolled alloy tool steel of width 600 mm or more, thickness under 4.75 mm, not in coils and not further worked than hot-rolled. Meets U.S. note (e) definition for tool steel with over 1.2% carbon and over 10.5% chromium.
