O1 oil-hardening tool steel hot-rolled sheet, 2.8 mm thick by 900 mm wide, not further worked and not coiled. Qualifies as tool steel per U.S. note (e)(iii) with ≥0.85% carbon and 1-1.8% manganese. Used for cutting tools and gauges.
