Hot-rolled T1 tungsten-type high-speed steel plate, 700 mm wide, 3.5 mm thick, not in coils, for manufacturing high-performance drills. HTS 7225.40.5110 applies to high-speed tool steel flat products wider than 600 mm, under 4.75 mm thick, without further processing beyond hot-rolling.
