HY-80 nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plate, hot-rolled, thickness 4.75 mm or more, width exceeding 600 mm, not in coils, no further working. Although high-strength, it falls under HTS 7225.40.30 'other' as it doesn't precisely match the Chapter 72 high-strength steel definition for yield point. Used in naval shipbuilding and heavy structural applications.
