M42 high-speed steel with cobalt addition, hot-rolled coils 650mm wide by 4mm thick, for end mills and broaches. HTS 7225.30.51.10 applies as high-speed tool steel meeting Chapter 72 compositional standards for superior red-hardness. Not further worked beyond hot-rolling.
