Air-hardening tool steel flat stock (AISI A2 type) with 0.95-1.05% carbon and 4.75-5.5% chromium, supplied in rectangular semi-finished form for machining into punches and shear blades. Fits HTS 7224.90.0035 as other semi-finished tool steel products meeting U.S. Note (e)(ii).
