O1 oil-hardening tool steel flat billet with rectangular section, width at least four times thickness, used for tooling and gauges. HTS 7224.90.0025 covers such semi-finished tool steel products. O1 meets tool steel criteria with ≥0.85% carbon and 1-1.8% manganese.
