A2 Tool Steel Primary Billet from Mexico
A2 tool steel primary billet contains 0.95-1.13% carbon and 4.75-5.5% chromium, qualifying as tool steel air-hardening grade. Supplied in ingot-like primary form for forging into punches and shear blades. HTS 7224.10.0045 covers such tool steel primary products.
