17-4 PH (precipitation hardening) stainless steel round wire at 0.8 mm diameter for aerospace fasteners and high-strength applications. HTS 7223.00.1046 applies to this stainless round wire size (0.76-<1.52 mm), martensitic grade not meeting tool steel note (e) criteria, uncoated. Chapter 72 covers such stainless products without special alloy exclusions.
