Incoloy 825 Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel Coil from China

High-nickel alloy steel coil made from Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), containing over 38% nickel and 19.5% chromium, cold-rolled to a thickness of 0.7 mm and width exceeding 600 mm. Classified under HTS 7219.34.00.05 as flat-rolled stainless steel not further worked than cold-rolled, in coils, due to its high-nickel composition meeting chapter note definitions for alloy steel. Import Tips

Certify exact nickel content (>8%) via mill test reports to confirm high-nickel alloy steel classification per Chapter 72 notes

Ensure coils are not further worked (no polishing, coating, or cladding) to avoid reclassification under 7219.35 or higher subheadings

Declare precise thickness (0.5-1mm) and width (>600mm) on entry documents; common pitfall is mismeasuring uncoiled width
