Annealed Binding Wire 16 Gauge from Japan

Soft annealed low-carbon steel wire, 16 gauge (1.6 mm diameter), used for tying rebar in construction and general binding applications. Classified under HTS 7217.90.50 as other nonalloy steel wire not in coil form or specifically coated beyond basic annealing treatment. The annealing process softens it for easy bending without further working.

Import Tips

Include annealing process certification; over-softening may resemble waste scrap scrutinized under different quotas

Label gauge precisely (AWG standards) to distinguish from rod products in 7214 or 7215
