Galvanized low carbon steel wire used for binding rebar in concrete construction, containing less than 0.25% carbon by weight. This nonalloy steel wire falls under HTS 7217.90.50.30 as it is iron or nonalloy steel wire not plated or coated with other materials beyond basic galvanization and meets the low carbon specification. Commonly supplied in coils for construction sites.
