Nonalloy steel wire with polyethylene (PE) plastic coating for outdoor fencing, providing weather resistance. HTS 7217.90.1000 applies to this 'other' coated wire of iron/nonalloy steel where plastics is the coating material. Prevents rust and adds color for visibility.
