Nonalloy steel flat wire under 0.25 mm thickness, low carbon, unplated for industrial brush making where filaments require flexibility. Classified in HTS 7217.10.10.00 as qualifying flat wire not subject to plating or coating. Polished surface prevents filament breakage during weaving.
