JIS XC50 hot-forged rectangular steel bar with 0.50% carbon content, 45mm x 30mm section. Qualifies for HTS 7214.91.0060 as forged nonalloy steel rectangular bar in 0.25-0.6% carbon range, without further working. Applications include hand tools and dies.
