EN C45 grade rectangular hot-rolled steel bar with 0.42-0.50% carbon, 40mm x 20mm cross-section for forging applications. Fits HTS 7214.91.0060 as hot-rolled nonalloy steel bars of rectangular cross-section with 0.25-0.6% carbon, not further worked. Commonly used for axles and shafts.
