Special low-carbon cold-rolled strip, 290mm wide, 1.0mm thick, certified for razor blade production substrate. Although final razor steel is alloy per notes, this base nonalloy fits HTS 7211.23.30.00 before alloying. Not further worked, ideal for slitting into blade stock.
