Heavy-duty hot-rolled nonalloy steel strip, 25-50 mm wide and 2-4 mm thick, used for securing cargo pallets and heavy machinery. Fits HTS 7211.19.2000 due to narrow width under 300 mm, thickness over 1.25 mm, hot-rolled finish without cladding, plating, or coating. Meets nonalloy steel definition from Chapter 72 notes.
