Wide nonalloy steel sheets (600 mm+) with passivated chromium oxide layer applied post-processing for temporary corrosion protection during fabrication. HTS 7210.50.00.90 specifically covers this 'other' chromium oxides coating not qualifying as universal mill plate. Common in automotive stamping blanks.
