Electrolytically applied zinc-iron alloy coating on nonalloy steel flat-rolled sheet over 600 mm wide, known as galvannealed for paint adhesion in HVAC ductwork. HTS 7210.30.00.60 includes this as 'other' electrolytic zinc-plated (broadly interpreted for alloyed zinc). Provides matte finish for industrial fabrication.
