Flat rectangular slabs of nonalloy steel with 0.35% carbon content, destined for hot-rolled sheet production. HTS 7207.20.00.90 covers these as other semifinished iron/nonalloy steel ≥0.25% carbon, not further worked or in coil form. Thickness typically 150-300mm for plate rolling.
