Cast rectangular ingot of nonalloy steel under 0.25% carbon, with narrow width-to-thickness ratio less than 4:1, used as feedstock for extrusion or forging. HTS 7207.12.0010 applies to this non-square, non-slab geometry in semifinished form. Minimal working beyond casting keeps it semifinished.
