Ferrosilicon alloy with 5% magnesium by weight, supplied in lump form for use in gray and ductile iron production. Meets HTS 7202.29.0010 criteria as 'other' ferrosilicon containing over 2% magnesium, used in desulfurization and nodulization processes. The magnesium content exceeds the threshold distinguishing it from conventional ferrosilicon.
