Round brilliant cut synthetic diamonds produced by High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) method, 3mm size, graded VS clarity. HTS 7104.91.5000 applies to these unmounted, unstrung lab-created diamonds whether worked or graded. Used primarily in fine jewelry manufacturing.
