Rough diamonds from miners' parcels that have undergone simple bruting (girder shaping) for dressing tools and abrasives. HTS 7102.21.10.20 covers these as 'other' unworked industrial diamonds not mounted, valued for hardness over clarity. Used in surface grinding and lapping operations.
