Chemically bonded open scrim fabric of glass fibers used to reinforce roofing membranes, stucco, and cement boards. HTS 7019.73.90 covers this as other open chemically bonded glass fiber fabrics. The open grid structure allows substrate penetration while providing tensile strength.
