Mechanically bonded, blue-colored nonwoven glass fiber fabric at 170 g/m² used as secondary barrier in roofing systems for moisture resistance. It qualifies for HTS 7019.69.90.10 as 'other' colored, lightweight glass fiber fabrics per the hierarchy. Not considered worked beyond permitted processes in Chapter notes.
