C-Glass Uncolored Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric from China

Corrosion-resistant C-glass fibers formed into uncolored nonwoven fabric via spunlace hydroentanglement mechanical bonding, used in filtration and insulation. HTS 7019.69.40 covers this as other not-colored mechanically bonded glass fiber fabrics. Pre-annealing processes do not alter classification per Chapter 70 notes.

Import Tips

Document hydroentanglement as mechanical process with process flow diagrams for CBP review

Test for lead content if crystal-like; though irrelevant here, avoids confusion with 7013 lead crystal notes

Avoid bulk packing without separators to prevent fiber matting, which could lead to damage claims
