C-glass (corrosion-resistant) fibers formed into mechanically bonded mats for chemical tanks and pipes in FRP. HTS 7019.14.00.00 includes all glass fiber types in mechanical mats, per fused silica/glass definition. Higher cost but superior to E-glass in harsh environments.
