A zirconia-based ceramic mating sleeve of china porcelain, 2mm internal diameter and 20mm length, designed to align and secure two fiber optic ferrules in high-density connectors. Fired porcelain construction meets Chapter 69 requirements for nonmetallic inorganic ceramics with low water absorption.
