High Alumina Refractory Bricks from China
High alumina refractory bricks, composed primarily of aluminum oxide, are fired ceramic products designed to withstand temperatures exceeding 1700°C. They are used in furnace linings and kilns for their superior thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. Classified under HTS 6902.90.10 as refractory bricks other than those made from siliceous fossil meals.

Import Tips
• Verify chemical composition meets refractory standards (min. 45% alumina) with lab test certificates to avoid misclassification
• Ensure documentation proves firing temperature above 800°C as per Chapter 69 notes
