Waterproof parka for men's recreational hunting, featuring man-made fiber shell fully laminated with plastics to completely obscure the fabric weave. HTS 6210.40.15.00 covers this as other men's recreational outerwear due to its performance coating and non-standard garment type.

Import Tips
• Specify 'recreational performance' on docs; military-style may trigger 6210.40.50 or Chapter 62 exclusions
• Test coating adhesion; customs rejects if fabric shows through due to wear
• Include HTS rationale in entry summary to preempt binding ruling requests
