Bleached cotton knit fabric brushed on one side for fleece-like softness, used in sweatshirts. Although brushed, it remains in HTS 6006.21.90.80 as unbleached/bleached 'other' without forming pile loops. Brushing is a mechanical finish not triggering pile classification.
