A narrow knitted fabric strip made primarily from cotton with at least 5% spandex elastomeric yarn, designed for use as waistbands or cuffs in apparel. Width does not exceed 30 cm, fitting HTS 6002.40.4000 due to its cotton base, elastomeric content, and narrow width excluding it from heading 6001. It provides stretch and recovery for garment edges.
