Stretch binding strip of cotton-elastane knit, 15 cm wide, for securing edges on underwear and activewear. Meets HTS 6002.40.4000 criteria with >5% elastomeric yarn, cotton base, no rubber, and narrow width. Prevents rolling and adds durability to seams.
