Heavy polyester knit fabric combining terry loops and velour surface texture, over 271 g/m² for upholstery. It fits HTS 6001.92.0020 as 'other' pile fabrics of man-made fibers, as it may not meet the strict 12+ stitches/cm velour statistical note. Suitable for apparel and furnishing per chapter inclusions.
