Polyamide (nylon) fabric laminated with rubber for rain jackets and pants, weighing less than 1,500 g/m² with over 50% textile by weight. It qualifies for HTS 5906.99.30.00 as other rubberized fabrics, not for tires. The bonding process ensures waterproofing visible in cross-section.
