Wool Canvas Tarpaulin from China
A heavy-duty tarpaulin made from wool canvas fabric coated with PVC plastic for weatherproofing. The plastic coating is visible to the naked eye and can be bent around a 7mm cylinder without fracturing, qualifying it under heading 5903 as a textile fabric impregnated or coated with plastics. Primarily used for covering outdoor equipment or vehicles.
