Ripstop nylon sheets laminated with PU film for enhanced durability and waterproofing, layers bonded and visible in cross-section. HTS 5903.20.30.90 applies to such polyurethane-laminated man-made fiber fabrics, flexible and textile-dominant. Used in paragliders and kites.
