Heavyweight cotton canvas impregnated with polyurethane for water repellency, coating visible without magnification. Fits HTS 5903.20.30.90 as cotton textile fabric (chapter 52-55) coated with polyurethane, not excluded for invisibility or rigidity. Used in tarpaulins and upholstery.
