Polyester fabric laminated with polyurethane film for waterproof tent applications, specified in Note 9 to Section XI for outdoor gear. Classified in HTS 5903.20.18.00 due to man-made fibers and visible PU lamination bonding layers together. It offers high tear strength and UV resistance.
