High tenacity polyester cord fabric that has been RFL (resorcinol formaldehyde latex) dipped for enhanced rubber adhesion, used in commercial truck tire plies. HTS 5902.20.00.00 applies to the undipped tire cord fabric of polyester; dipping is a post-weaving treatment not affecting base classification. Provides dimensional stability under heavy load conditions.
