Wide polyester chiffon sheets under 100 g/m² and more than 225 cm wide, with embroidered scalloped edges for cutting into luxury scarves. Fits HTS 5810.92.90.50 as embroidery in the piece on man-made fibers, not yet cut into motifs or strips. Used by fashion houses for high-volume apparel production.
