Woven narrow fabric of acrylic man-made fibers incorporating elastic yarns, 2 cm wide for waistbands and cuffs. HTS 5806.32.2000 covers this as other woven narrow fabrics of man-made fibers with proper selvages and under 30 cm width. Not excluded as gauze or pile.
