Nylon Bias Binding Ribbon for Quilting from China
Folded-edge nylon bias binding ribbon, 1.5 cm unfolded width, used in quilting to finish seams. HTS 5806.32.1070 covers this as narrow woven nylon ribbon ≤12cm (unfolded measure per notes), distinguishing from wider bindings. Woven without adhesive, it's purely textile fabric.
