Narrow terry toweling-style woven pile tape from polyester man-made fibers, with looped pile functioning as hooks for fasteners. Meets HTS 5806.10.24.00 as a fastener fabric tape: woven, under 30 cm wide, no weft-pile cutting needed. Used in baby products, gloves, and straps.
