Cotton Bobbinet Net Fabric from China
Traditional machine-made cotton net with a fine hexagonal mesh, used historically for curtains and lightweight garments. It qualifies under HTS 5804.10.90.90 as other tulle/net fabric, machine-constructed without weaving, knitting, or crocheting. Bobbinet production uses a unique leno-like twisting method.
