Nylon Velour Apparel Lining from China

Soft woven velour fabric from nylon with a short pile finish, used as lining in jackets and garments. It qualifies for HTS 5801.90.20 as other woven pile fabric from synthetic filament yarns not covered elsewhere. The pile stands up from the ground weave, distinguishing it from flat fabrics.
